Property Advisory Board Meeting of June 28, 2007
SUMMARY OF MEETING:
1. Insurance Compliance Efforts - Updated report.
2. Upon Motion duly made and seconded, the Board recommended that if the insurance issues were not resolved by the August Board meeting, Mr. Sparber would be present to explain specifically what is not in compliance and why.
3. City Commission Board-related items update.
· Plummer Management, L.L.C. lease - discussion.
· Frequency of Board meetings.
4. City Update.
5. Update on the Country Club's additional fund request.
6. Parks & Recreation presentation of proposed purchase of park land.
7. Upon Motion duly made and seconded, the Board recommended the purchase of property located
at 5028 Maggiore Street.
8. Development Department presentation on the proposed long-term land lease between the City of
Coral Gables and The Palace.
9. Upon Motion duly made and seconded the Board requested more time to study The Palace
Project and make a determination at the August Board meeting.
