An Ordinance of The City Commission of Coral Gables, Florida, providing for text amendments to The City of Coral Gables Official Zoning Code by amending Article 5, “Architecture,” Section 5-203, “Coral Gables Mediterranean architecture design,” to amend the height exclusion requirements to include enclosed areas as accessory uses; and providing for repealer provision, severability clause, codification, and providing for an effective date.
