That the City Commission approve the Resolution.
Brief History
This Joint Participation Agreement is necessary in order for Miami-Dade County to disburse the Impact Fee funds necessary for the construction of a roundabout proposed at the intersection of Segovia Street and Biltmore Way.
This project will help and greatly increase roadway capacity in that area and promote vehicular and pedestrian safety throughout this intersection.
