On August 14, 2019, the City entered into a piggyback agreement pursuant to Procurement Code 2-945 to provide and install various equipment and amenities for parks, open spaces, and facilities. The contract allows for the comprehensive solutions to renovating and replacing various equipment and amenities for parks, open spaces and facilities while providing installation, maintenance, and repair services
Due to the on-going need for various equipment and amenities replacement and renovation services, Community Recreation would like to amend the annual contract amount in order to expedite repairs, renovations and replacements to parks, open spaces and facilities and request additional spending authority through the remaining term of the agreement in an amount not to exceed the available budget.
