Captain Fletcher has been selected January’s Firefighter of the Month for his outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for his hard work and dedication to the department.
There is an incredible talent pool within the ranks of our fire department. He is dependable and his technical expertise goes beyond words. He went above and beyond to restore our Telestaff system for payroll and our rosters when the system went down due to a ransomware attack. He consistently strives for excellence.
Due to his outstanding work ethic and dedication to the Fire Department Captain Andrew Fletcher is nominated for Firefighter of the month for January 2022.
