A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to extend the required time outline in the contract with ArcoArt Plus, d/b/a Trolinet, for the On-board Trolley and Print Advertisement Project from thirty (30) days to ninety (90) days in order to begin payment to the City from the sales proceeds.

Brief History
On August 26, 2008 the City Commission approved a Resolution authorizing the award of On-board Trolley and Print Advertisement Project to ArcoArt Plus, d/b/a Trolinet, further authorizing the City Manager to execute a two (2) year contract with an option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods.
Since the contract has not been executed as yet due to unforeseen circumstances, the vendor is requesting that the terms be modified to allow them to begin payment ninety (90) days from the full execution of the contract in lieu of the thirty (30) days, as stated in the contract. This will allow them time to install the screens and equipment and to sell advertisement for digital signage programming.
