Body

The Human Resources Department was made aware of some overpayments and underpayments regarding fire sworn personnel.  In January 2010, the payroll records were corrected in the system to reflect accurate salaries (i.e., correct hourly rate/premiums paid).  Subsequently, a review of the payroll history of all sworn fire personnel was conducted and it was determined that some sworn fire personnel were overpaid and some were underpaid.
