Resolution accepting dedication of property for right-of-way purposes, legally described as a portion of Lot 39, Block 17, of the Revised Plat of Coral Gables Industrial Section according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28 at Page 22 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION:
That the Resolution accepting dedication of property for right-of-way purposes, legally described as a portion of Lot 39, Blk 17, of the Revised Plat of Coral Gables Industrial Section according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28 at Page 22 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida be approved by the City Commission.
BRIEF HISTORY:
The purpose of this Resolution is to accept conveyance of 344.79 sq.ft. of property on the right-of-way, located at 247 Greco Avenue, as a portion of Lot 39, Blk 17, of the Revised Plat of Coral Gables Industrial Section, more particularly described, as follows:
That part of Lot 39, Blk 17, of the Revised Plat of Coral Gables Industrial Section according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28 at Page 22, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida, described as follows: commencing at the southerly corner of said Lot 39; Thence North 50 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East, as per plat of record, along the southeasterly line of said Lot 39 a distance of 61.52 feet to a point of curve; Thence northeasterly a distance of 1.20 feet along a tangential curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 20.25 feet and a central angle of a 3 degrees 23 minutes 43 seconds to the Point of Beginning of the land to be described; Thence continue northeasterly, northerly and northwesterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 39 a distance of 46.14 feet along said curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 20.25 feet and a central angle of 130 degrees 33 minutes 04 seconds to a point; Thence southerly a distance of 36.92 feet along a non-tangential curve concave ...
