Recommendation of the City Manager:
It is recommended that John Martin's Restaurant be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages from 5:00 p.m. until midnight on Tuesday, March 17, 2009, on Salzedo Street from Aragon Avenue to Miracle Mile, and to the entrance of Museum Garage as part of the annual St. Patrick's Day Festival to benefit the Marian Center for mentally and developmentally disabled children, subject to Florida Department of Professional Regulation requirements.
 
Brief History:
This request is for John Martin's to serve alcoholic beverages during the St. Patrick's Day Festival and is in compliance with the laws of the State of Florida.
 
This activity has been presented to the City's Special Events Committee with recommendation for approval.
