An Ordinance of the City Commission amending Chapter 58, entitled "Special Assessments," Article V - "Master Service Assessment," Division 2 - "Assessments," Section 58-253 "Notice of Publication," and remove the requirement for newspaper publication and incorporate the previously adopted definition of publications' providing for a repealer provision, severability clause, codification, and providing for an effective date.
