[The City Forfeited Asset Fund (F.A.F.) Committee met on June 6th, 2007 and approved the recommendation to expend a total of $2,661.00 of State Forfeiture Funds as provided for by the Florida Contraband Act. The FAF consists of certain seized monies and the proceeds from the sale of certain forfeited property received from both Federal Asset Sharing and State Forfeiture Proceeds. Under FSS 932.7055(5) (a), the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, a local law enforcement agency may expend these proceeds to provide 25% matching funds to obtain this federal grant..]
