CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION:
That a Resolution authorizing an extension of the existing contract with Bay Plumbing Company until November 30, 2007, for miscellaneous plumbing projects throughout the City of Coral Gables be approved.
BRIEF HISTORY:
Bay Plumbing Company performs general maintenance, minor construction and repairs to the City facilities.  This extension is necessary since a new contract for general contractor services is out for bid and until such time as a contractor is selected and approved by the City Commission, we must maintain continuity of these essential services to the City's facilities.
