Transportation Advisory Board meeting minutes of November 17, 2015.

1. October 20, 2015 meeting minutes approval.
2. The Board made the following recommendations:
a) Mr. Morrison made a motion to table the discussion on the Castile Avenue traffic issue until Mrs. Molly Kiely arrives. Mr. Borbolla seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.
b) Mrs. Swain made a motion recommending the City create a plan to install, at the City’s cost, the sidewalk plan to include a public input process that considers residents’ concerns. Mr. Morrison seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.
c) Mrs. Swain made a motion that the City expands the notice to the residents, based on the density and scope of the project from its existing 1,000 feet. Dr. Sokoloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.
d) Mr. Morrison made a motion to re-submit the moratorium motion made on October 20, 2015 to the commission for their consideration, Dr. Sokoloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.
