Body

The Coral Gables Police Department has identified a need to assist residents at risk of wandering.  The task of searching for wandering or lost individuals with Alzheimer’s, Autism, or other cognitive medical conditions is a growing and serious responsibility.  With the implementation of Project Return, this will provide the most effective solution for rescuing those who wander.   This proposed resolution authorizes the acceptance and execution of the grant.  No matching funds are required.
