Title: 3807 DURANGO ST Violation Description - Floors, walls, ceilings and roofs - Sec. 105-278. - Floors, walls, ceilings and roofs. Code Enforcement Officer Comments -  Front door in disrepair (does not close), roof in disrepair with grown vegetation, walkway cracked and dirty, driveway asphalt cracked, weeds and dead vegetation overall backyard, CBS wall is partially discolored.

 

Remedy - Clean and maintain Front door that is in disrepair, clean and maintain roof that is in disrepair with growing vegetation, repair the walkway which is cracked and dirty, repair driveway asphalt which is cracked, remove weeds and dead vegetation in backyard of the property, and the CBS wall is partially discolored and needs to be clean and maintained.
