Summary of Minutes

1. Approval of the May 20, 2008 minutes.

2.  Presentation by Jose Gonzalez, Vice-President, Flagler Development Group.

3.  Flagler Development Group Project traffic study update.

4.  Discussion by Police and Fire Departments on the various issues relating to the Flagler Development Group   Project.

5.  The Board made the following recommendation:

     “That both, the Fire Department and the Police Department come back to this Board with their recommendations in an emergency situation to insure such help is not delayed due to the proposed traffic calming devices.”

   6.    Traffic Projects update.

   7.    Attendance of Mr. Chip George, requesting modification of an island previously

           installed by the City where Mariposa, Augusto, Marius, Cellini and Mall converge.
