Eduardo and Claudia Soto, Applicants, have filed an appeal to the Coral Gables City Commission, from a decision of the Board of Architects at its regular meeting of August 12, 2007, wherein the Board of Architects denied Application No. 32852, in connection with the design of a single family residence located at 540 Solano Prado, Coral Gables, Fl 33156, legally described as Lot 1, Block 4, Bay Ridge Estates, PB 50-74 (Folio No. 20-5013-005-0200).

The applicants are appealing the denial of Preliminary Design Approval for a single-family residence pursuant to Article 5, Division 6, Section 5.601, 5.602 and Section 5.603 of the Coral Gables Zoning Code.
