Robert began his career as a Fire Recruit in February 1990 and completed his training in March of that year. He received EMT-D status in July 1992, Driver/Engineer assignment in May 1999, Paramedic Certification in April 2001, Air Technician Certification in October 2007 and Fire Inspector Certification in November 2009.
Driver/Engineer Parker can be relied on during an emergency scene. He is the first one to offer assistance to his fellow workers, is a self-starter and is very resourceful and able to think through problems. In addition, he is very courteous and professional when dealing with the public. He works well under pressure and is a great asset to the community and the department.
The City appreciates and congratulates him for his loyalty and dedicated service for the last 20 years.
