Hearing no objections to the items listed under the "Consent Agenda", a vote on the adoption of the Consent Agenda will be taken.
2A. The Administrative Manager recommends approval of the Retirement Board meeting minutes for June 18, 2026.
2B. The Administrative Manager recommends approval of the Investment Committee meeting minutes for July 23, 2026.
2C. The Administrative Manager recommends approval of the following invoices:
1. Mariner Institutional, LLC invoice #82009 for investment consulting services from April to June 2026 in the amount of $52,750.00.
2. Gabriel Roeder Smith invoice 502025 for June 2026 administrative services in the amount of $19,442.53.
3. Gabriel Roeder Smith invoice #502026 for actuarial services during the period June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 in the amount of $4,984.00.
2D. The Administrative Manager recommends approval of the following Retirement Benefit Certifications: DROP - Linda Maestre (General Non-Excludable Employee), Alberto Alvarez Rivera (General Non-Excludable Employee).
