A Resolution of the City Commission expressing support for the city's pursuit of the potential acquisition of an artwork by Richard Serra; authorizing the city manager to execute a nonbinding letter of intent, in a form approved by the city attorney; directing city staff to complete all appraisal, due diligence, advisory board, funding, and other reviews required for the proposed acquisition; and requiring any final purchase and sale agreement to return to the city commission for consideration and approval.
