Code Enforcement Officer Comments - **HISTORIC HOME**Painted or coated brick without approved color palette permit approval.  NOTE - April of 2023 - Board approved a motion with the following conditions: 1. Limewash material and color are to be specified at the time of permitting. 2. The brick is not to be sealed. 3. Provide a sample onsite for review by Staff prior to the onset of the project.

Remedy - **HISTORIC HOME** - Comply with Section 14-202.8 - MUST obtain after-the-fact permit for painting or coating using white painting or coating on exterior of home covering the original red brick.
