The Waterway Advisory Board reviewed and discussed: Approval of Meeting Minutes June 5, 2024, meeting minutes were approved. Mr. Goldsmith made the motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Mr. Galan, all were in favor. Discussion October Meeting - The Board agreed to defer the October meeting to October 9, 2024 Old Business Surveillance - Install surveillance cameras on the Waterways. Resolutions - The Board discussed the WAB resolutions, approved at the July 9. 2024 City Commission meeting. Mangroves - Heavily encroaching on the waterway. 6100 Caballero Blvd/Gables Waterway Project - The Board inquired about the status of the Gables Waterway Project. City Budget - The Board inquired about the funds for the mangrove trimming. Marine Patrol Sgt. Antezana reported on the violations they had in the waterways.
