Making recommendations as to development of a master plan for parks and recreation facilities in the City, reviewing policies and matters of concern pertaining to all recreation facilities and advising the City Manager and City Commission as to the leisure time needs of the City; and to serve in an advisory capacity on matters pertaining to the youth of the City and present plans or programs encouraging healthy moral, physical and mental development for the youth of our City.
