To serve in a advisory capacity to the City Commission regarding the Coral Gables Public Library; to make continuing studies of buildings, grounds and future needs of the Library; to act in the capacity of liaison with County, regarding proposals affecting the Library; and to perform and carry out such other duties and functions of an advisory nature as may be assigned by the City Commission.
