A motion to defer was made and passed with the following comments: 1) explore a more appropriate stone base color; 2) restudy the materiality; 2) restudy the fenestration in the large openings; 3) add a secondary layer of fenestration architecture to complement or to protect from the impact of the sun; 4) consider a different solution for the railing.
