CASE FILE COA (SP) 2015-015 REVISED: An application for the issuance of a Special Certificate of Appropriateness for the property at 6801 Granada Boulevard, a Local Historic Landmark, legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, “Cartee Homestead II,” according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 170, at Page 88 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The application requesting design approval for addition and alterations to the residence, and the relocation of the swimming pool was approved with conditions on January 21, 2016. This application requests after-the-fact design approval for a revision to the approved Certificate of Appropriateness due to deviations from the previously approved plans.
