“I have been Eddie’s supervisor for approximately 5 years; Eddie is a Sanitation Worker in the Waste Division. He has during his tenure with the City of Coral Gables been a model employee and performed in an exceptional manner. His commitment to provide quality garbage collection service to our residents is highly commendable and creates an exemplary standard for his peers to emulate and respect. He recently has been utilized as a trainer to set proper and comprehensive collection methods for recently hired Sanitation Workers assigned to our garbage routes, this has been a responsibility which he has taken upon himself, and has taken great pride in ensuring our new employees maintain the high standard of quality service we strive to provide to our residents.
Eddie has always been the first to offer any assistance to accommodate the success of this division in any endeavor necessary. His attendance has always been exceptional, which reflect his commitment to serve our community and be a responsible civil servant.”
