Update reference Adventure Day for All- Embracing People of all Abilities - Ms. Carolina Vester
Ms. Vester updated Board on progress of upcoming Adventure Day for All Event. Ms. Vester reviewed
with Board item per item power point of Project Plan being utilized to document all actions taken regarding
this event in order to facilitate the process for future events.
Commission Proclamations - Board members where advised and invited to Commission meeting of
Tuesday, October 9, 2018 were City of Coral Gables will be presenting two proclamations:
One for Adventure Day for All Event and the other for Disability Awareness Month.
Advisory Board on Disability Affairs Annual Accomplishment Report -Board members were present
a draft copy of the Board’s accomplishments during fiscal year 10/01/17 to 09/30/18 report.
Next meeting scheduled for: November 7, 2018
