Body

The City Commission wishes to have more oversight over consultants hired by the City and consequently wish to be informed of contracts for professional services, entered into over a certain amount.

 

Between first and second reading, the language was changed from requiring the City Manager to place the item on the next City Commission meeting agenda to requiring that the City Manager notify the City Commissioner via memorandum within seven days of the effective date of the contract.
