Firefighter Samantha Putz has been selected July’s Firefighter of the Month for her outstanding display of individual initiative surpassing job requirements and expectations, specifically for consistently going above and beyond in every task or activity that she participates in. Firefighter Putz is currently on the Honor Guard, the ALS Team and is an instructor for the Cadet Class. She also takes the initiative to better herself by taking more advanced training, such as Trench Rescue, Building Collapse, and high Angle Rescue. Firefighter Putz is dependable and has such a positive attitude.
Firefighter Putz is well deserving of this honor and we congratulate her for her efforts.
