Title

Body
The purpose of this RFP is to award a qualified and experienced professional firm (“Proposer”), readily available to provide the Centralized Valet Service within the Central Business District.

On April 9, 2018, the Procurement Division of Finance formally advertised, issued, and distributed Centralized Valet Contract, Request for Proposals (RFP) 2018-011. On April 17, 2018, a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference was held with twelve (12) prospective proposers in attendance of the twenty-seven (27) prospective proposers who downloaded the RFP package from Public Purchase, the City’s web based e-Procurement service.

On May 15, 2018, five (5) firms submitted proposals in response to the RFP: American Parking Systems, LLC.; Commodore Parking d/b/a VIP Parking; DEC Parking Way, LLC.; Park One of Florida, LLC.; and Miami Parking Inc.

On June 14, 2018, the Evaluation Committee convened to evaluate the five (5) responsive proposals and ranked the firms in the following order of preference: Park One of Florida, LLC.; (top-ranked), DEC Parking Way, LLC.
