A Resolution of the City Commission of Coral Gables, Florida expressing the City Commission’s overwhelming disappointment with the Florida Legislature’s unwillingness to responsibly and courageously act in the best interest and safety of Florida residents. A State, which now has the highest number of fatalities associated with mass shootings with automatic weapons, by failing to pass legislation banning assault weapons and holding the Florida Legislature responsible for any future tragedies associated with automatic weapons in the State due to their failure to act.
