Body

The City of Coral Gables has agreed to accept, from Miami-Dade County, transfer of this security guard special taxing district as its governing body.  While the County has collected the non-ad valorem assessments since the district was created, under Florida law, this hearing is necessary for the City to continue to collect the non-ad valorem assessments for the continued operation of the district.
