Brief History
The requested easement is for the electrical facilities necessary to serve the existing Coral Gables Sanitary Sewer Pump Station "E". It is an easement 10' x 40', located along the west side of Lot 1, of Sunrise Harbour Park, legally described in Exhibit A, attached. It is a perpetual easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead and underground electric utility facilities to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, enlarge, change the voltage, change the size, and remove such facilities within such easement.
