Resolution approving Amendment No. 2 to Interlocal Agreements Between the City of Coral Gables and Miami-Dade County for the transfer of remaining funds from the Building Better Communities General Obligation Bond Land Acquisition for Parks Agreement (GOB Project Number 88-70653) and Sunrise Harbor Park Agreement (GOB Project Number 88-72236) to the Biltmore Tennis Center Project (GOB Project Number 88-72235).

Brief History
In 2004 Miami-Dade County voters approved a Building Better Communities General Obligation Bond for the purpose of providing funding for projects that would enhance communities. As part of this program the City of Coral gables received grant funding for Land Acquisition for Parks, Enhancements to Sunrise Harbor Park, and Enhancements to the William B. Kerdyk/Biltmore Tennis Center. Both the Land Acquisition and Sunrise Harbor Park projects have been completed and have available funds remaining in the amount of $138,983 (Land Acquisition) and $39,376 (Sunrise harbor Park). This action will approve the transfer of these remaining funds ($178,359 in total) to the Kerdyk/ Biltmore Tennis Center project.
