Brief History
The Memorandum of Understanding is intended to form a partnership with Coral Gables Senior High School in order to further the mission of providing greater recreation and athletic opportunities for both parties. Under this memorandum, the City of Coral Gables Parks and Recreation Division will be allowed use of the Coral Gables Senior High School athletic fields, baseball and softball fields, auditorium, outdoor basketball courts and running track for recreation programming subject to availability and scheduling. In return, the City will allow use of the Venetian Pool, William H. Kerdyk Biltmore Tennis Center and Salvadore Tennis Center for athletic team activities subject to availability and scheduling. This Memorandum will allow both the City and Coral Gables Senior High School to utilize space that will expand their program offerings and service delivery.
