Harry & Associates, Inc., for architectural consulting services pursuant to Florida Statute 287.055, known as the "Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act" and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2011.05.20 for an initial two (2) year period with an option for one (1) additional two (2) year period.
 
Body
On August 23, 2011, the City Commission authorized negotiations with architectural firms selected as result of an RFQ process as follows: C3TS, Inc., Ferguson Glasgow Shuster Soto, Inc., AECOM Technical Services, Inc., and M.C. Harry & Associates, Inc., to determine compensation that will be paid under continuing contracts with the City.
 
The purpose of these continuing contracts is to provide architectural consulting services necessary for new construction, renovation and remodeling, historic renovation, landscaping, interior design, construction management, LEED design, design build and CM at risk.   Construction projects assigned under these continuing contracts will not exceed $2,000,000 nor will a study exceed $200,000 pursuant to Florida Statute 287.055, known as the "Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act."
 
The Procurement Division of Finance and the Public Works Department have completed their negotiations as to compensation, terms, and conditions with C3TS, Inc., Ferguson Glasgow Shuster Soto, Inc., AECOM Technical Services, Inc., and M.C. Harry & Associates, Inc., resulting in the attached contracts.
