Brief History
For the past two years, the Mayor's Reception was hosted in the garden at City Hall. This year the committee would like to showcase one of the City's most beautiful and historical landmarks, Coral Gables Venetian Pool.
 
A letter from Margaret Lynch Hill, Mayor's Reception Chairman and Junior Orange Bowl Committee requesting the waiver of the cost of the facility rental fee for usage of the Venetian Pool is attached. The request is for a facility rental from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The standard fee for a facility rental by a non-profit organization is $840 plus a deposit of $262.
