Harnett Ponce Circle Park on Friday, March 2, 2012; Saturday, March 3, 2012, and Sunday, March 4, 2012 on Miracle Mile from Douglas Road to LeJeune Road as part of the Carnaval on the Mile, subject to Florida Department of Professional Regulation requirements.

Brief History
For fourteen years, the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana has utilized Miracle Mile as part of Carnaval on the Mile. For the past four years, Fred B. Harnett Ponce Circle Park has been used for the Friday kickoff event. It is proposed that Miracle Mile be closed from Friday, March 2, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. through Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 11:00 p.m., for set up, the event, and breakdown. Additional police officers and on-duty custodial staff will be retained, as in the past, by the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana to control the crowd and litter problem. Past results of crowd and litter control have been very successful.
This event has been reviewed by the City's Special Event Committee.
