Body

On July 2, 2025, the City Commission adopted a tentative millage rate for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 of 5.5590; unchanged from the 5.5590 rate adopted for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.  The tentative millage rate of 5.5590 was used by the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser to prepare the 2025 Notice of Proposed Property Taxes that was sent to the Coral Gables property owners as a notification of their potential property taxes, as well as the date, time and meeting information for the first public hearing to discuss the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Annual Budget.
