Michael began his career with the City on December 1, 1986 as an Engineering Aide I in the Public Works Department. On October 10, 1988 he was promoted to Maintenance Worker II. Later he was reclassified and handled various challenges of Road Inspector, Street Improvement Technician, and Special Projects Construction Inspector. His talents and skills were again acknowledged when he was promoted in 2003 accepting the numerous responsibilities of Construction Manager.
Michael's file has numerous letters of commendation and appreciation. He was recognized by his peers for his outstanding attitude and job performance and selected as Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year in 1995.
The City Beautiful appreciates his job performance, dedication and loyalty.
