That the City Commission adopt a Resolution authorizing Ad Valorem tax relief for the property located at 2723 Country Club Prado, Lots 13-16, Block 13, of Coral Gables Section D Revised, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 25, at Page 74, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The cost of the improvements is $420,000.00 which would correspond to approximately $2,550.24 per year and $25,502.40 over ten years.
