Resolution accepting the recommendation of the Chief Procurement Officer to award the Parking Access and Revenue Control System contract to WPS Parking Systems, pursuant to Section 2-828 of the Procurement Code entitled “Contract Award” and Request for Proposal (RFP) 2012.01.20; and amending the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Annual Budget to recognize as revenue a transfer from General Fund Reserve and to appropriate such funds to cover the cost of the purchase.
