[Beaux Arts Festival of Art is a long standing community event scheduled for January 18^th through 20^th, 2013 on Stanford Drive within the University of Miami.  The standard cost of the 47 metered spaces for this event would be $470.00 a day or $1,410.00 for the event.  A letter from the Co-Chairman of the Beaux Arts Festival of Art Grounds Committee requesting the waiver of payment for parking meters is attached.  This effort is intended to support development and celebration of the arts within our community.]
