Summary of Meeting
Approval of minutes: The minutes from the October meeting were circulated for approval.
Motion: Carlos Perea motioned to approve the October meeting minutes. Jerry Santeiro seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Annual Report: A draft of the annual report from the Communications Committee was distributed for approval.
Motion: David Stiefel motioned to approve the Communications Committee Annual Report. Carlos Perea seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Upcoming events/Projects
Higgins Fallon discussed the November 6 election results regarding the Pickup Truck Ordinance. Other events discussed included the Merrick Festival Caroling Competition scheduled for November 28 through December 2, and the Holiday Spectacular programmed for December 7.
Higgins Fallon also played the newest production of CGTV regarding the Coral Gables Museum which showcases a year in review of programming and exhibits.
With no further issues to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
